PosBridge

Privacy policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

PosBridge is a small Western Sydney business. This policy explains, in plain English and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@posbridge.com.au.

What we collect

  • What you tell us in the "Build my tool" form: your name, business name, suburb, email, mobile, best time to call, your industry, team size, the apps you use and roughly what they cost, what's annoying you, the tools you're interested in, your timing and any notes.
  • Files you choose to upload, such as screenshots, photos or PDFs (up to 5 files, 10MB total).
  • Your answers as you go, saved in your own browser (local storage) so you don't lose your place. This stays on your device until you send it. Files are not saved this way.
  • If you accept analytics cookies, information collected by the Meta Pixel (see below).

We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send us, card numbers, bank details, passwords, or health information about your customers.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare your blueprint and free sample, quote you, and if you go ahead, deliver and support your tool. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it's stored

When you press send, your enquiry and any files are saved to our Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and emailed to us, and we send you an automatic confirmation email. If that service is unavailable, the enquiry is sent by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) instead. Google and FormSubmit may store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with you, and delete them when you ask (see below) or when they're no longer needed.

If you become a client, the data in your tool (for example your customers' bookings) is yours. We host it on reputable cloud services and give you a full export when you ask or if you leave.

Meta Pixel and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel (by Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to see which of our ads lead people to this site and to send us an enquiry. It only loads if you click "That's fine" on the cookie banner. It records things like the pages you visit on this site, and events such as viewing your blueprint or sending an enquiry, and Meta may link this with your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta's privacy policy. We don't send Meta your name, email or form answers. You can change your mind any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: FormSubmit (to deliver your enquiry), Google (email and file storage), Meta (only if you accept the pixel), and, if you become a client, the services your tool uses, such as an SMS provider or your own Stripe or Square account. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Seeing, fixing or deleting your information

Email hello@posbridge.com.au and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, usually within a few business days. To clear what's saved in your browser, use "Start over" on the Build my tool page or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

Security

This site uses HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to us, and our accounts use two-factor sign-in. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that's likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and follow the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme where it applies.

Complaints

Tell us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
