PosBridge

Service terms

Last updated 12 October 2026

These are the short, plain terms for working with PosBridge. Your written quote sits alongside them. If the quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins. Questions: hello@posbridge.com.au.

1. Free sample

A free sample is a working, clickable demo built on your details. It's free, with no obligation and no card needed. It isn't a live system and doesn't take real bookings or payments. If you don't go ahead, we delete it and your details on request.

2. Fixed quotes

Every job gets a written, fixed-price quote before any paid work starts. Prices on this site include GST. The price only changes if you change what you're asking for, and any extra is quoted in writing first. Nothing extra starts until you say yes.

3. Payment

  • Quick Wins: invoiced when the work is done and you've had a look. Due within 7 days.
  • Plans and bigger builds: 50% of the setup fee to start, 50% at go-live. The monthly fee starts at go-live and is billed monthly in advance.
  • Third-party costs (SMS, domains, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, Stripe or Square fees) are paid by you to those providers, or passed on at cost with no markup. We tell you what they are before you start.
  • If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause changes and support until it's paid. We'll always talk to you first.

4. Change time and support

Each plan includes a set amount of change time each month (30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours). It covers small changes like new services, prices, wording or fields. Unused time doesn't roll over. Larger changes are quoted first.

5. Cancelling

Monthly plans are month to month, with no minimum term and no exit fee. Cancel online or by email any time; your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. If you cancel before go-live, you pay only for work done up to that point, capped at the first 50% setup payment.

6. Your code and data

Once the setup fee is paid, you own the code we write for you and all your data. You can export your data as CSV at any time. When you leave, we send you a full export and a copy of the code. We may reuse general know-how and our own building blocks that aren't specific to your business.

7. Customer payments

Payments your customers make go straight to your own Stripe or Square account. We never hold your money and take no cut. Stripe or Square's own terms and fees apply.

8. Other platforms

Your tool may rely on other services such as Google, Meta, Stripe, Square, Xero, your POS or an SMS provider. We can't guarantee their uptime, prices or rule changes. If one of them changes in a way that breaks something, we'll tell you and fix what we reasonably can within your change time, or quote the work.

9. What we don't do

We don't provide payroll or STP, BAS or tax advice, Medicare or HICAPS claiming, card processing, or App Store/Google Play apps.

10. Liability

We build carefully and fix our mistakes. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. We may update them; changes don't apply to work already quoted without your agreement.
